Imagination by David Weekley Homes is Coming Soon to Flora  

Orlando, FL (September 17, 2019): Imagination by David Weekley Homes, a division of David Weekley Homes offering high-quality homes to value-minded first-time or move-down buyers, will soon begin building in Flora, a community of 72 homesites located in southeast Orlando.

Flora will provide buyers with a choice of seven floor plans situated on 40-foot homesites. These one- and two-story homes will range from 1,750 to 2,300 square feet of living space and be priced from the high $200s. Residents of Flora will have access to a passive park within the community and will enjoy convenience to Orlando International Airport less than 10 miles away.

Construction of Weekley’s model home in Flora is expected to begin by the end of this year, with the community scheduled to open in spring 2020.
