HOUSTON, TX (September 24, 2013) – David Weekley Homes announced the promotion of John Vitella to Division President for the company’s Denver division.
Vitella has more than 15 years of home building experience in the Colorado market, as well as additional an 11 years of experience in various housing and land-use planning positions. He has previously served as a project manager for David Weekley Homes. Vitella’s expertise in project management, land acquisition, construction and land development will be invaluable to the Denver division as they continue their incredible growth from the past two years.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Vitella earned an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University.
Vitella served on the board of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver from 2008-10, and is now a volunteer with St. Mark Catholic Church and with the Highlands Ranch Metro District.
