Encore at Briar Chapel Showcases Lifestyle-driven Designs for 55+Raleigh, NC (July 28, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is proud to release the floor plans for the four model homes for the upcoming age-qualified Encore at Briar Chapel community in Raleigh. Located in the master-planned Briar Chapel by Newland Communities, the four model homes are scheduled to open for daily tours in November and include The Newcastle, The Wakeford, The Tabula and The Harwin.
The four floor plans will showcase the two products offerings from Weekley’s Classic and Tradition Series, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,600 square feet. With a focus on lifestyle-driven design that appeals to 55+ homebuyers, the Classic and Tradition Series feature a variety of one-story homes with upstairs bonus room options, two to four bedrooms and open-concept floor plans to make the homes live and feel larger.

Buyers in Encore at Briar Chapel can choose from Weekley’s Classic Series of homes, situated on 45-foot homesites and ranging in size from 1,600 to 1,900 square feet, or the Tradition Series on 55-foot homesites and ranging in size from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet. Both home collections feature a lifestyle-driven approach to home design with ample customization options and in communities that are built to encourage neighborly get-togethers. Prices will start from the low $300s and will include 185 buying opportunities.

Encore is the first age-qualified community for the home builder in both Briar Chapel and Raleigh, but Weekley Homes and Newland Communities previously partnered up for Encore at FishHawk Ranch in Tampa, FL, which opened earlier this year.
Since opening for sales in February in Encore at FishHawk Ranch, 29 homes have already been sold and the company is looking forward to opening another successful community in Newland’s Briar Chapel, Ebensberger said.
