The builder recently broke ground on a new model home and is expected to open for sales late summer 2024.

In the Parkview Terrace detached homes series, Weekley will feature additional single-family floor plans ranging from approximately 2,260 to 3,200 square feet of living space with three to six bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garage.
