New David Weekley Homes Models Coming Soon to HighGrove
Dallas, TX (October 4, 2016): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes offering luxury living in prime locations, will soon open two model homes in HighGrove in West Kessler Heights, a new community located in north Oak Cliff.
The Cordella will be available for tours beginning in mid-October with four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. This two-story home has several optional features to customize the home including a grill on the covered porch or third-floor roof deck, ideal for gazing at the downtown Dallas skyline.
The second model home, The Amity, features three bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage and will be available in early November. This three-story home has a large, open kitchen that overlooks the family room and formal dining room, in addition to an optional fourth floor with roof deck, which is ideal for entertaining.
HighGrove will offer five distinct floor plans ranging from 2,200 to 2,700 square feet, along with low-maintenance living in this walkable community. The community will include 53 two- and three-story single-family homes, many with rooftop views of Stevens Park Golf Course and the downtown skyline.
The Bishop Arts District, Twelve Oaks Nature Center and Stevens Park Golf Course are all within two miles of the community. In addition, the new Coombs Creek Trail is just around the corner. Residents will also be close to shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Dallas, as well as art galleries in the Bishop Arts District and Trinity Groves.
