The Tracewood, a one-story home in the Designer series, offers homebuyers 2,500 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three full baths and a three-car garage. The open-concept floor plan incudes a dining room and study with options for a screened in porch or lanai.

Homebuyers can choose from Craftsman-inspired homes on 50-foot homesites in the Lifestyle series or 60-foot homesites in the Designer series.
