Development will begin at the 24,000 acre resort-style master-planned, gated community of Estrella Mountain Ranch, which includes impressive amenities such as a Nicklaus Design signature golf course, two beautiful lakes and oversized homesites looking at the breathtaking Estrella Sierra Mountains.

Heading up the Phoenix operations for David Weekley Homes will be Mark Weber. Weber has more than 12 years experience in the homebuilding industry. He began his construction career with Jackson Properties. Weber has held such prestigious titles as Chief Financial Officer for Fulton Homes and Vice President of Ryland Homes. He most recently held the position of Division President for Montalbano Homes where he grew his division by 40 percent in 2005.
