Wood and his team have worked with David Weekley Homes since 2008 to design many of the company's Central Living line of homes offered in several of David Weekley's markets, particularly products for high-density, urban living. Central Living is a growing part of Weekley's product offering and has become one of its fastest growing business initiatives. Preston and his team have been instrumental in the success of Central Living by developing innovative land plans to help maximize the opportunity in these high-density communities.
