The program guides home shoppers through five steps to complete the floor plan, providing real-time updates to room counts and pricing. Users can save or print the plans they’ve created and review with a sales consultant to begin building their home, based on their design.

Serrano Bluff in Spring is the only David Weekley community to offer the Design it Yourself program. From a super shower in the Owner’s Retreat and an extra bedroom, to a fireplace in the family room and an upstairs study, the program allows users to select from different interior room placement variations to create a custom floor plan.
