THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS RAISED AND NEW PAJAMAS AND BOOKS COLLECTED BY DAVID WEEKLEY TEAM AND NEIGHBORS
AUSTIN, TX (June 4, 2015): The David Weekley Homes Austin team hosted a PJ and Book Drive benefiting the Pajama Program, collecting 160 new pajamas, 60 books and nearly $2,000 in donations from employees, members of the community and a grant from the Weekley Family Foundation.
Proceeds and items from the April drive will assist 36 local shelters. The Pajama Program supports these shelters by providing new pajamas and books for children in need. Many of these children live in group homes, shelters and temporary housing facilities and are often moved from place to place.
