Houston—David Weekley Homes is now ranked as the #1 private home builder in America according to Builder Magazine’s Builder 100 list, which will be published this May.

Weekley climbed two spots on the list to #16 on the list, closing 4,587 homes last year, compared to 4,325 for Shea. Weekley’s closings off only 14 percent, compared to 25 percent for Shea.
