When Tom and Linda Kipley began preparing for retirement, they were excited to learn about the new active adult community in FishHawk Ranch. With their grandchildren and longtime friends nearby, they knew this was the place for them to make their new home.

Laura soon found her new dream home after visiting Encore at FishHawk Ranch. The couple really likes the open floor plan that makes the home feel larger, along with such details as windows positioned to afford privacy but offer lots of natural light. Laura was happy that she was able to add options like pocket doors and an extended lanai to make their new home fit their needs.
The Reeds have also enjoyed the events at The Oasis and make regular use of the fitness center.
