Rated 1 out of 5 by from Emerald Landing review I recently purchased a home from David Weekley Homes and, unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The process began with a strong start—initial communication was consistent, with updates provided weekly during the sales and building phases. However, as soon as the contract was signed and the money exchanged hands, the quality of service took a sharp decline. One of the major issues I encountered was their inflexibility with even minor changes. Throughout the build, any request, no matter how small, was met with resistance. This rigidity made the process more stressful than necessary and left me feeling frustrated with the lack of accommodation. The problems didn't end there. Post-closing support has been almost non-existent. Despite having a punch list of items that were identified back in months ago, these issues remain unresolved. It feels as though once David Weekley Homes has your money, the commitment to customer satisfaction ends. Follow-up communication has been practically nonexistent, and getting any action on outstanding issues has proven to be a significant challenge. Overall, my experience with David Weekley Homes has been disappointing. While the initial stages of the build were handled with some degree of professionalism, the lack of flexibility and poor post-closing support overshadowed any positive aspects. If you're considering a home with this builder, be prepared for potential difficulties, especially in the final stages of your home-buying journey.

The PM - Austin Spiegel kept me well informed and had great attention to detail for the completed product. The team at the design studio helped match all options up as well. Overall a much better experience than what I expected!

Our sales rep, Tri, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Our builder, Robb, was also excellent. We were informed about what was being done and what the schedule was for completion all throughout the process. Robb also walked us through prior to closing and made sure our home was perfect when we moved in. Thank You for a great process.

Both the Sales expert and the Builder on site went above and beyond to answer my questions, detail the process, and reassure me at every step. Communication has been constant, and they anticipate any needs before they arise. The home is gorgeous, and I have enjoyed every moment of living here this past month.
