Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just What We Wanted I was very impressed with the energy-saving features with the homes being built in Encore. We were downsizing because our home a mile from Encore was just too big, had a second floor and we were starting to lose the ability to do the yard work. There were so many options available and especially the homes were being built with Americans With Disabilities Guidelines so if one's of us began to need a wheelchair, the home would not need to be rebuilt. All of those features were very attractive to us. Our sales person was just perfect. He understood our goals and made it easy to move to the next step. Approximately 6 months later, our new home was ready.

Darren Price was a real pleasure to work with. During construction Darren took care all the concerns that came up. The design team was very helpful and was wonderful to work with.

I was looking for something very specific and to my delight, DW was building it. Our experience with the David Weekly team at North Creek Village was superb! Any concerns were addressed quickly. The communication was stellar. The accessibility of the team was like nothing I have ever experienced! The team is a credit to David Weekly! We love our new home! It is beautiful. It is well crafted. My Dad is a builder and I came in with high expectations. They rose to the challenge with professionalism and kindness! Thank you!

First of all, our realtor had the good sense to bring us to the Encore at Streamside subdivision. From there, everything happened quickly. Our sales rep, Zan, was always available, always upbeat, and entertained all of our questions. Our builder, Wes, let’s just say that we couldn’t have had a better builder if we had made the choice ourselves. He was on top of things during this entire process. It’s just the way he does business. He would often see things that we would not and go about immediately correcting them. Wes was reachable and responsive at all times, always wanting to hear about any concerns we might have. The weekly “Weekley” phone call with Wes and Zan was something we always looked forward to. When we were told what had transpired from one week to the next, we were floored with what had been accomplished. We were simply amazed, impressed, and grateful for all of the hard work, day in and day out, performed by Wes and his team. We are thankful beyond words that we were able to work with these two very dedicated, hard-working gentlemen. We love the final result!
