Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our Review for The Meadows at Imperial Oaks It was a wonderful experience finding our new home with The David Weekly Homes at the Imperial Oaks in Conroe TX! We could not thank enough our builder's team, Clyde and Jake. They have such a great team work! Clyde explained in detail and showed all the aspects and features of the house during the initial meeting while construction was going on. We never felt rushed and ignored with the numerous questions that my wife and I had. He made us feel very important and valued and we felt he was very honest and sincere. And so was Jake, our builder! We found him to be kind, respectful, and professional in every aspect of the process. We never once heard Jake and Clyde said "No" but rather they always tried to meet us halfway, if our request was a little bit too much. Jake never got tired, at least that's how we felt, answering our numerous questions, suggestions, and kept us updated during the weekly teleconference on the progress of the construction and what to expect to be completed for each coming week. We felt he went above and beyond his job to accommodate our requests and so did Clyde. They provided us an outstanding customer service! We recommend David Weekly Homes for anyone looking for a house! You will never regret it for you will be treated with utmost respect and beyond expectations! Thank you Clyde and Jake for helping us find our new home!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from David Weekley is the only way to go I have never considered a new build because I’ve heard one too many concerning comments about builders. Came with a friend to look at a home they were interested in and Kristi was so thorough that I took the plunge. The whole experience from beginning to end was great down to my home being ready ahead of schedule. Kristi and Wes kept me posted every step of the way. Weekly calls kept me prepared which helped me keep my timeline in selling my old home. I’ve already referred friends and will continue to do so.

From the start, our sales consultant, Kristi, was excellent and made the entire process incredibly smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying our new home. After moving in, we encountered a few warranty issues, but the team, especially our builder Zach and warranty representative Paul, went above and beyond to address and resolve any concerns we had. The whole team has been great to work with, and we truly appreciate their dedication and support throughout the process. Highly recommend David Weekley Homes for anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from House is great. Yard, not so much :( Our house was built to our satisfaction with minor repairs here/there. The yard, specially our backyard, was sub par. Yard has a lot of highs and lows , far from level, making mowing difficult. My biggest yard issue is drainage in the back resulting in a lot mosquitos, frogs even and tall grass. Multiple attempts made and issue remained. Was recently regraded but time will tell if this solves the problem but previous made a recommendation that my house needs a better drainage system instead of a regrade. Not hopeful but we shall see.
