Rated 2 out of 5 by from Employee Malfeasance Unfortunately, we missed out on two major quality-of-life upgrades that we were misinformed about throughout our build process: a) The larger media room and b) the upgrading of two HVAC units for each floor. From our perspective, DW missed easy opportunities for more revenue when the customer requested an upgrade at the expense of our build process. I have already been telling family and friends of my awful experience working with DW on this home, and the multiple instances from our initial build team and their leadership not taking multiple issues confirms that I will not in good conscience ever recommend a DW home to a future homeowner again. I strongly urge you to escalate this matter and reconsider the current positions since, clearly, we would have loved to have paid for a second HVAC and were not afforded that opportunity through employee malfeasance. We also experienced multiple misguided recommendations from the design center department, which cost us financially and caused us to lose trust throughout the entire build process. We are thankful that the warranty team has been the silver lining throughout our DW experience. They have been trying to keep up with most of our home's deficiencies, which could have easily been avoided with better and honest real-time communication with our initial build team.

Our Salesperson (Beverly Bradley), our Builder (James Boone), and our Design Center Consultant (Rachel Barry) were all outstanding. They delivered on every option, every promise, every change, and corrected errors efficiently and quickly, ultimately delivering to us a home that came out better than we could've ever envisioned. These guys clearly have a culture of "doing the right thing," and we experienced that throughout the process. We would resoundingly recommend David Weekley to anyone looking to build a new home!
