Milke Olfers was awesome in getting the process started, making any changes in the floorplan, helping us find a lender, even helping us pick out paint for the exterior. Ryan Droddy did a fantastic job as our builder! He went above and beyond for us in every area! We could not have asked for a better builder, he met all our needs, even some we didn’t know we had, he took care of everything. It was a very pleasant experience. The experience at the design center was so helpful and helped us pull together a beautiful home. I highly recommend David Weekley Homes !!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Patiently waiting Building our home was a seamless process. We were happy with the level of communication and explanation. However many things were not completed that should have been. We had high expectations because we had dealt with a builder previously that disappointed us. David Weekley was informative but the builder we were assigned didn’t do his job, we submitted an inspection to the builder and I trusted that the items were complete however they were not. Now I’ve had to become an expert on every minor item in my home to inspect it for quality and submit warranty requests. While the warranty team has been responsive, I am extremely disappointed that I’m having to babysit every minor item, and ensure it’s completed. I had hoped to not have the mental load of checking items in my home for completion, scheduling warranty service, ensuring I’m home for warranty service etc… overall we are happy with are home and understand that DW is making the situation right, but at this time I am frustrated with having to be in charge of ensuring the items missing are completed. We still do not have the Jasco lighting system installed when other homes do. We have had repeated calls to sort out why our home will not remain cool on hot days or when the oven is used. And there are minor issues im noticing that the builder should have fixed but didnt, which are resulting in repeated warranty requests on my part.

From the sales team to the design center to the home build manager, I can happily conclude that my David Weekley new-build experience was one of the most stress-free, enjoyable, and on-time I have progressed. I have no hesitation in recommending the quality, attention to detail, communication, and transparency of David Weekley's new home construction.
