Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality The buying process was a huge hassle. We were told that the fencing would go to the street and then two feet was taken away. These things should have already been approved before selling the house. We were also "upgraded" to a "better" fridge which is faulty and we've had GE come out twice with no solution to fix it. There are cracks where a supporting beam attaches to the upstairs and a ghosting door, both of which we submitted to warranty with no response back and I've called and texted Nancy twice.

I was given a portfolio with all information concerning how the build would go and showing all steps along the way. I hired my own inspector to keep track of the build as it was happening and he gave rave reviews about the quality of workmanship. My son does cement work and was impressed with the quality of the cement work. I loved the way Robert took pictures each step along the way as my home was being built and then he texted the pictures to me. If I ever had worries about something, the team immediately solved the problem to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend my friends to come see the great homes in my new Homestead area. My realtor told me that David Weekley is one of the best builders he has seen, and my realtor built homes before becoming a realtor. I'm a happy home owner. Thanks David Weekley team!
