Charlotte, NC (June 14, 2017): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high density division of David Weekley Homes offering luxury living in prime locations, will begin building in the community of Central living at Belton Street in early summer with sales starting in late summer. Located off South Boulevard in the Sedgefield area of Charlotte, this community will feature two-story paired villas and detached single-family homes.

Homebuyers can select from six floor plans from the paired villas series, ranging from 2,500 to 3,100-square feet.
