David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground in Enclave at Wolf Ranch

Colorado Springs, CO (June 13, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, broke ground in Enclave at Wolf Ranch, a community coming soon to Colorado Springs. Located in the master-planned Wolf Ranch, this community will offer 24 homesites featuring single-family homes.

The model home under construction, The Glisen, is one of four award-winning floor plans that will be available in Enclave at Wolf Ranch. The finished home will showcase 1,800 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three full baths, a study, game room and finished basement. The Glisen model is slated to open for daily tours in late summer.
