Chosen through the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte, the annual Parade of Homes showcases the best homes throughout the Charlotte area.

Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ active adult lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes was recognized in Encore at Harmony community located in Harrisburg, NC, for The Magnolia model home. The Magnolia was also presented with a Gold Award and was recognized as well for the most innovative primary suite and open concept floor plan in the $415,000 - $500,000 category.
