Parkland Row 50’ Homesites provides buyers with seven floor plan options ranging from 2,200 to 3,000 square feet, priced from the high $400s. Homes in this section have three to four bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages. The builder’s model home, The Crowson, is located at 18642 Parkland Row Drive.

The Parkland Row 50’ Frontload section features another seven floor plans with three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages. Priced from the high $400s, these homes range from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet of living space. The Jewel model home can be toured at 15203 Momentous Path.
