SALT LAKE CITY, UT (August 1, 2013): David Weekley Homes today announced the opening of four new, fully-furnished model homes in the South Jordan community of Daybreak. Two of the home builders’ models are now open for daily touring, with the second and third models scheduled to open within the next week.
In Weekley’s Cottage Courts section, The Alta model home, also the builder’s sales office, is a two-story home with four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath, with an open kitchen and family room concept. The Alta offers nearly 2,400 square feet of living space, including a finished basement complete with a bedroom, full bath and game room and a wrap-around front porch, giving the home unique curb appeal.
Also in the Cottage Courts section is The Solitude model home, now open for viewing. This 1,555-square foot, two-story home features three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath. The Solitude has an open kitchen, dining, family room concept and also offers an extended rear covered porch, attached two-car garage and an unfinished basement. With a finished basement, The Solitude boasts 2,174 square feet of living space.
In the Creekside 60-foot homesites, The Escalante is a spacious five bedroom, three full baths, one half bath home with 3,124 square feet of living space. The Escalante has additional features such as a mud room with built-in desk and back pack rack off of the kitchen area.
