David Weekley Homes, one of the nation's leading Home Builders, today officially opened David Weekley's New Home Center in Carrolton, Texas, approximately 14 miles north of downtown Dallas. The 45,000 square-foot facility is the first of its kind to enter the Dallas/Fort Worth area and affords new home buyers a comprehensive, extensive location to fill all their homebuilding needs, ranging from choosing design plans to on-site financing assistance.

Several amenities exist within David Weekley's New Home Center, including a design center, three idea homes, a map room, a mortgage center, the Build-On-Your-Lot program, as well as a children's playroom.

The design center houses hundreds of floorplan options with thousands of decorating selections, including lighting fixtures, countertop options, cabinetry, flooring selections, kitchen hardware, and plumbing fixtures, as well as patio and deck designs, garage options and security alternatives.
