David Weekly Kept Their Word

The process to build our house went very smoothly and we appreciate the way our team kept in touch on a weekly basis, particularly since we were out of town and didn't have the ability to stop by weekly to see the progress. Our new home is beautiful and we love everything about it. The Encore neighborhood is also very nice and will look terrific when completed. Our only negative is that while the clubhouse is a beautiful facility inside and out, the acoustics in the large gathering space are not very good - it's very hard to hear conversations unless you are right next to a person. And the exercise facility is very small and doesn't include very much in terms of equipment. It would have been nice if more space had been dedicated to weights and machines.
