When it comes to securing your new home loan, our Preferred Lenders will guide you through the new home financing process from application through to closing. Together with your David Weekley Home Team, the working relationships with our Preferred Lenders can make the purchase process easier and convenient. Our relationship with lenders allows for us to work together to answer questions to keep the loan process moving forward, while communicating with you throughout the entirety of your homebuying journey.

Offer only valid for qualifying buyers who purchase a Stage 10 David Weekley Quick Move-in Home in the Denver area between March 3 and May 30, 2025 (the Program Period), and finance the home purchase with a mortgage loan from Home Mortgage Advisors. Homes must close by May 30, 2025, to qualify for offer. Qualifying buyers with a FHA loan must have a minimum FICO score of 740 and make a down payment of at least 3.5% of the Total Purchase Price. Actual loan pricing may be adjusted based on the borrower’s credit profile and the borrower may need to pay discount points to get the rate under the commitment. This rate is not applicable for all credit profiles and not all borrowers will qualify for the rate.
