We just had our first holiday with friends and family...and everyone was sooo complimentary of the quality and design of the house! We can't thank Clyde and Jake enough for working with us from day 1....until moving day...they truly made the experience of building our dream home a reality!

We were kept informed at all times during the different phases of building. The quality of materials and craftsmanship was excellent. The house is a masterpiece and we love it are are proud of it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Room for improvement in the building process sales team is great, building individuals are great, but it’s the DW building process that has a lot of room for improvement. Seems like DW’s objective is to deliver the house quickly and transfer all adjustments and corrections to be done after the owners moves in, putting the owner in a constant complaint situation, claiming things, chasing contractors and then having to supervise them when they come into the home. This should all be done by DW before closing with a good QA/QC process, and then leaving only a few adjustments for the owner to handle after moving in. We literally spent hours, and days marking stuff with blue tape, and sometimes it was fixed, but many times we needed to re address the issue. A very unpleasant situation, to say the least, we’ve never experienced with other builders on previous houses we have built. Fortunately our builder was quick and attentive to resolve things….sub contractors, totally the oppossite.
