Our Builder and sales rep were very responsive with any questions, concerns or change request we had. And our house was completed right on schedule. We couldn’t be happier!

We were first time home buyers and we have spent the last five plus years looking for exactly what we wanted. We stumbled upon the subdivision accidently and were so blessed and grateful for Brittany Homes and David Siles, they were always there for any questions or concerns we had. They patiently answered questions and put great care and loved our home as if it was their own!!! We feel so blessed to have had them on our team!! Ms. Amore was always friendly and helpful if Brittany was off. These ladies are a wonderful team. A special thank you to Mr. Scott Hajovsky who wonderfully went over our warranty services. The whole team was just wonderful!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sub par work The vendors created a whole bunch of frustration. They could never do the job right the first time. Even after moving in, we are still finding things that weren't done correctly. Poor paint and caulk jobs, scratches on windows, scratches on front door. Our builder should not have had to be spending his time getting the vendors to come back and fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Most of these have been fixed, but I was expecting quality work from David Weekley.
