Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you don't have a DW home, you need one! Everything was amazing! The folks we worked with made this experience just great. You could tell that everyone enjoyed their job and their knowledge was very obvious. Everyone knew what they were doing. There was no hidden anything so we knew everything up front. I would highly recommend to anyone who is building a home to go with a David Weekley.

Stephenie at the design center got us all the things we wanted and it looks amazing. Jason, was a total professional as the lead builder, always on top of it and keeping us informed on progress. Highly recommend this team, they were first rate!

I have purchased many Homes but this home will be our last, and we have no regrets. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a forever home. She was with us through the whole process, always made herself available when we needed. Stephanie was super helpful at the design center and John was great to work with as well. He alway kept us informed throughout the build process. My husband and I are so pleased that we went with David Weekly for our home build.

We originally were looking at a different development and floor plan, with Josh. I then changed my mind and started working with Julian who has so much patience and understanding. He works with me throughout the process as a changed my mind and asked 1 million questions. A home purchase is a big decision and I had lots of questions to Brendan our builder. He is the kindest person! Our home buying journey then changed again, we just couldn’t leave our current neighborhood, and we worked with Jace. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. I work for customer success and I will tell you that everyone we have come across with David Weekly has been a pleasure to work with and knows how to treat their customers. They genuinely care about their products and that is shown. We previously had a Pulte and I am so glad we made the decision to move to David Weekley. Keep those standards high and keep Josh, Brendan, Julian and Jace on your staff and your brand will continue to remain at the top!
