Customer service is a huge competitive advantage to companies who do it right. I had an issue with some pavers that needed attention and Ashley responded immediately and said she would get someone out to fix the problem. Again just reinforces our decision to go with David Weekley. I see on the nextdoor app so many people who have problems that need to be addressed and they get the silent treatment from their builders. Ashley is just the opposite and amazing and so responsive.
