He deserves extra credit for going above and beyond as a builder, and as a guide for helping us through our first home building experience. Once we were introduced to William, our confidence in our build was boosted because he put many requirements into action. William became the person we could count on with David Weekley. He responded quickly to our texts, and eagerly addressed all of our concerns with sincerity and patience. We are very thankful he was our builder because his work and craftsmanship were exemplary. The end result greatly exceeded our expectations. William carefully listened to our visions and eagerly brought them to life.             David Weekley is not a custom home builder, but we received so many opportunities to modify this home to our liking. After reviewing photos of the house, our insurance company was shocked to know that this was not a fully custom home. We are so pleased with the outcome, and I know William’s effort was undeniably instrumental to our home’s success. His work ethic and dedication to customer service is incredible. William made sure we were happy with what we were getting. We would love the opportunity to build another home with David Weekley with William Dickinson as our builder. The team made every step feel smooth and enjoyable, making our dream home a reality. John G, our Sales Consultant, was our first point of contact. From the beginning, he made us feel at ease, walking us through each step with such care. He answered every question with patience and made sure we felt confident about our decision. Then came the design phase with Nikkis’ design center consultants and it was a joy! They listened to our ideas and helped us bring them to life, guiding us toward choices and making recommendations that perfectly matched our style. Their creativity and eye for detail made this part of the process exciting and memorable. Chris P, our Project Manager, was fantastic in managing the build. He kept us informed at every stage and made sure everything stayed on track without ever compromising on quality. His dedication and open communication gave us peace of mind as we watched our home take shape. And once we moved in, Paul S, the Lead Warranty Service Rep, continued to make us feel taken care of. He was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Thanks to the combined efforts of this wonderful, amazing team, we’re now settling into a home that feels truly ours. We still can’t believe it!!!! The sales staff were genuinely warm and friendly and make sure my questions are answered and concerns were addressed to satisfaction. The meetings with the superintendent and sales personnel were great - informative and timely. They really help to make sure everybody is on the same page and it helps to set expectations. One thing I've really appreciated is that David Weekley continues to be in contact with me after closing. The warranty personnel work tirelessly to get those last little things fixed as timely as possible my satisfaction. And, the sales folks still check in to make sure there's nothing else they can do to insure that I'm loving my new David Weekley home.

He kept me updated every step of the way and ensured every part of the build met the highest standards. They always kept us updated with weekly calls and pictures since we were living out of state at the time and they made it feel like we were right there the entire process. Upon closing we met Nick, our warranty rep who also was outstanding. I can not say enough great things about this all star team I had the pleasure of working with.
