They always made sure that all our questions and concerns are addressed immediately. We weren't looking for a new home in 2024, we visited the model home out of curiously for future reference. That's when we met Bradley for the first time and he did a great job making us love the community, we left after the first visit with an intention to buy a home in the community. Jamie did a great job addressing all our needs and closing the deal. Todd was a great help throughout the building process, he is very experienced, professional and helpful. He made sure to deliver a very high quality and flawless home to us

Heather, my Sales Representative and Preston, my Builder went above and beyond to make sure that I was always informed and happy with each phase of the build process. With any build process there will be a few delays or issues. In my case, there were very few but when there were, they were addressed immediately. I can’t say enough about the quality of my David Weekley home and the team I worked with on a daily basis.

DW made the entire experience enjoyable and educational. Everyone we met from our sales rep, designer, and our builder are amazing people. They genuinely care if the family is happy with everything before proceeding to the next step of the build. Each week the sales rep and builder call and leave updates from the time of ground breaking through the house being finalized.

Our floorplan did not have a model home to walk so we were 100% on paper. A truly wonderful experience for the entire family as our dream home came to life. With multiple custom options needing to be finalized prior to pouring the slab our construction manager did a fantastic job with answering all our concerns and seeing that 100% of our selections were incorporated into the buildout. All of the Company Associates we came in contact with from Sales Associates, Design center Representatives, Construction manager to Customer Care representative have all had the same focus to seeing that we had a positive, stressless and memorable experience while we were under construction and until the move in and even till now. To round things up, building a house is not a simple process, lots of continuous moving parts in the buildout with hundreds of manpower hours involved. David Weekley has made our Dream a Reality and we are so thankful to all of those involved. To close, I including A two-word Phrase from the Navy -“Bravo Zulu” and to any of you reading this, I hope that one day you may own a David Weekley home too.
