Melissa and Kevin were exceedingly helpful at every step of the way—so kind, thoughtful, and impressive. They got to know us and paid attention to the things that would be important to us in our home and went out of their way to make sure those things could happen if possible. They were so communicative throughout. We had friends and family members who built in the last few years, and one of them said they thought our experience was unreal. Another one of them went with a high tier builder and though they had a good experience, ours was significantly better in my opinion. Even our in-laws toyed with building after watching our experience and the extraordinary service and care that Kevin, Melissa, and the DW team provided. Plus they are both so fun. Even our realtor sort of stepped back once she realized how impressive Melissa is. She kept saying things like Melissa is amazing—she knew we were in good hands, even though Melissa was technically a seller’s agent. I don’t know how to put to words how much it meant, and how extraordinary I think they are at their jobs. I honestly miss the process a little bit because they both made it so enjoyable. Even our 2 year old daughter still asks for Melissa sometimes!

Their professionalism in introducing our new home made moving into this quality built home easy and quick. Starting from meeting Jessica at your Model in River Terrace Crossing. Her personal interest in our new home search helped us find the right home, at the right price with all the right high quality features we were looking for. She had all our interests in the for front and at the utmost priority. Knowing the mortgage business and all the right referrals made the buying process salient and simple. She even helped our closing happen earlier than planned with David Weekley preferred lender. Talk about personal support! Jessica Kindrick treated us like family and followed through even after closing. The David Weekley support team was extremely responsive prior to closing and rolled out the red carpet to our new home! We loved the attention to detail from this team and the professionalism is unequaled in the real estate market. Thank You!

And, here is the kicker, we bought the house sight unseen from Hawaii. The David Weekley team made the whole buying process easy and seamless.

After years of working towards the first purchase of a home for my 3 kids and I we finally found a home that we wanted to pull the trigger on and that had to be a David Weekly home. The quality, layout and location of the home made it a “must have.” It was not an easy path to finding the home but after being referred to 3 different locations from 3 different David Weekly Agents we finally found the gem we needed.
