So quick with answers to questions, addressing any issues, and just keeping us informed. The home buying process for this dirt sale has been so smooth, I kept waiting for the glitches to come. We changed mortgage companies 4 times during the process and still didn't have any delays. Thank you for making it so easy.

Loved working with Coleen and Matt they made the experience so easy and seamless. I was doing 90% of everything remotely as I lived out of state and they kept me updated the entire time. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new house

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience This was our first time building a home. We are thrilled that we chose to build with David Weekly homes. Our sales agent was great from start to finish. We did a dirt sale and had a choice of lots based on the home we were building. She was available to answer any and all questions and was involved in the entire process. We could not have asked for a better builder. We had weekly meetings by phone and he kept us informed of the home's progress and addressed any issues that came up during the process. Overall, our experience was better than either of us could have imagined.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lot # 15 - The house was built and in the dry when we saw it. Because of that we were not able to choose the cabinets, tops, flooring, trim, ETC. That being said we are happy with what was already selected with exception to the cabinet's but we are still good with what was installed. Things came together nicely and the Supt. was on top of things.

It was so nice to have so many beautifu interior l finishes and options to choose from was awesome! The way the exterior finishes and colors were grouped made choosing so much more easy. The staff were great in helping with the entire process. The home was well built with every attention to detail. You really can’t go wrong building a David Weekly home!

However I personally do not think the premium paid for a David Weekly home is justified by the quality and finish of the house. The home is 10% - 15% more expensive than comparable homes in the community, but the quality appears to be the same. If not for the superb experience provided by all representatives in the process, I would not recommend this builder.
