Michele with Sales and Riley our builder were very responsive and helped with the many details throughout the building process. We received great design suggestions from Donna, our Designer at the DWH Center, when we made our selections. It was an exciting process from beginning to end and the great professionals we work with made it as easy and understandable as possible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ghavami 4816 Blackhawk Green Ct Katie was great in explaining and attending to the needs. The workmanship and material used was very disappointing and inferior quality. The builder assigned to our home didn’t follow through with the trades or DW hire unqualified contractors. We only signed and closed on the house because we had no place to go. All we got was empty promises. Never even met with the Project Manager to discuss all the issues or the management to help with solutions. As of now we are forced to hires an experienced painter and a tile contractor to fix with all the issues that we addressed but unable to resolve by one of the nations largest builder. And that’s pathetic.
