Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be more pleased Wow! What an amazing experience. The David Weekly team went above and beyond to make us feel like family and handle any and all concerns we had. They provided us with frequent updates on the build status of our home. We've walked through many new-builds by local and national builders before making our purchase and NONE came close to the quality we got with David Weekly.

Here are just a few issues: - wiring issues -- connections not working - raw sewage seeping through our wall - extremely long times to get issues addressed - electrical sockets placed in completely confusing places (like the doorways into the rooms) - handrails only partially screwed in - lack of attention to detail on a number of items - and many other issues... Just to give you a flavor for the attention to detail and care that went into the build, consider the following little anecdote. Just yesterday I had a switch issued. I open up the face plate to find that 3 of the screws for the two switches were basically stripped and the fourth screw was a random WOOD screw. Overall, I have been quite unimpressed!!! I would NEVER recommend any purchase a David Weekley house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stewart Title We looked for over 4 months for a home and luckily found David Weekly Homes and are so happy we did. We were very impressed with how smooth the process went and the great service from David Weekly. We love our new home!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality The buying process was a huge hassle. We were told that the fencing would go to the street and then two feet was taken away. These things should have already been approved before selling the house. We were also "upgraded" to a "better" fridge which is faulty and we've had GE come out twice with no solution to fix it. There are cracks where a supporting beam attaches to the upstairs and a ghosting door, both of which we submitted to warranty with no response back and I've called and texted Nancy twice.
