David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on New Models in Bexley
Tampa, FL (October 4, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, recently broke ground on two models homes from the Cottage and Village Series in Bexley, located northeast of Tampa in Land O’ Lakes. Pre-sales for the community are going on now and the model homes will be available for tours in December 2016.
Bexley will include single-family and villa-homes located within an 1,800-acre, mixed-use community with an emphasis on pedestrian-friendly opportunities for outdoor activities.

From the builder’s Village Series, The Tangelo, will offer four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage. Homes from this series are situated on 60-foot homesites and range from 2,700 to 3,200 square foot.
Pre-sales have recently started for this master-planned community, which includes The Bexley Club with fitness center, pools, and festival lawn for concerts and cookouts. Homeowners will enjoy the nearby wetlands, ponds and access to 1,200 acres of parks and open spaces, including a dog park and soccer field.
