Excellent service for a quality home

We were immediately impressed by the welcome and hospitality of the staff from the moment we walked through the doors of the main office. Although we continued to look at other neighborhoods and home developers, we ultimately came back to David Weekly. We love our new home and we're proud to live in this neighborhood.

Great team at River Terrace Crossing

We are beyond thankful for the wonderful experience with David Weekley and their employees! Jessica was very helpful and had excellent communication from the first time we walked into their model home through the day we were handed our keys! Roman, Beau, and Donovan, have also been helpful and friendly along the way. We are already recommending this builder to people we know!

Beyond Perfection

The entire homebuilding and purchase experience went far beyond my expectations. Joe B. and Roman C. were the absolute best to work with, and I'm amazed with the attention to detail, communication, and flexibility they provided. The design firms, contractors, and tradesmen selected by the company paid attention to every detail. They kept to a tight schedule and delivered perfection ahead of schedule. The Weekley experience gets worse and worse

Our experience just gets worse and worse in the post-sale "warranty" period, with most of the problems not having anything to do with a warranty on defective parts/equipment but rather the Weekley construction team botching the original job and taking forever to come make things right. We're at the point where we feel like putting a sign on the garage telling prospective buyers of the last two East Butte homes turn around and run in the other direction.

Very pleased with the DW approach to communication

There was much more communication with DW than we had anticipated. The weekly calls weren't usually all that long but very helpful in understanding the progress on the house. The sales coordinator was very responsive with all queries.
