The Baileywood in Meridiana 45’ Homesites is a one-story, single-family home featuring 2,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two full baths and two-car garage. The model home is located at 5302 Majestic Court and is open daily for tours. The additional five floor plans range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three full baths, two-car garage and multi-purpose study.

In Meridiana 55’ Homesites, The Pinto boasts 2,800 square feet with four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and three-car garage. Open daily, the model home can be toured at 5311 Elegance Court. The other seven floor plan options within the community feature 2,300 to 3,500 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, three to five full baths, one half bath, two- to three-car garage and sunroom.
