David Weekley Homes Wins Three Prism Awards

David Weekley Homes was recognized at the HBA PRISM awards.

Charleston, SC (Novmber 9, 2023): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately-held builders, received three awards at the 34th Annual PRISM Awards, hosted by the Charleston Home Builders Association. The home builder was honored with awards for its community design, outreach and service efforts and Design Center. These awards bring the company’s total to more than 854 awards for product design and more than 1,480 overall.

A special grand opening is set for Saturday, January 27, from noon-2 p.m. and the general public is invited to attend. The Sweet Auburn BBQ food truck, Not As Famous Cookie Company cookie truck and entertainers will be on hand. Attendees can also tour the new model home and enter for a chance to win prizes.

David Weekley Homes received Best Community for its 55+ community, Encore – Restore at Carolina Park in the 100 – 250 Lots category. Weekley also took home an award for the service efforts of its David Weekley Homes CARE Team along with Best Design Center.
