I did not know much about David Weekley Homes before making this purchase. I highly recommend them! I can only imagine how great they would be working with them on a house from start to finish! Vinnie Coppola was builder contact. He has been there to answer any questions we had. Both went over and beyond. They gave us so many helpful contacts also for services we needed. They were professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, just wow! I purchased a townhome with David Weekley because of their offerings of a nice sized backyard, and fencing was included in the purchase price. Additionally they still maintain your lawn even though you have an enclosed backyard. I was stoked to get so much more than just a beautiful fenced back yard! The staff was incredibly kind, going above and beyond during the entire experience. Specifically Lisa Daniel, Tyler and Paul who called me with weekly details of the stage of construction and met with me before and after closing to discuss the warranty service. Personally I feel the staff went above and beyond but even more impressed with the quality construction of the home! I closed in amazement of how beautifully complete the home was. Super impressive!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could not have made the process easier…… The entire first-time home purchasing process was an enjoyable experience with David Weekley Homes. From Mike and Terry with the initial purchase through the closing, the staff could not be more helpful. My builder, Matt was constantly in contact and updating on the build with calls, texts, and photo drops. Even post-closing, Darrell walked me through the warranty and registration process. This is the way home purchasing should be done and I look forward to many years in my new David Weekley Home. Thank you, Adam

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Incomplete Issues after being closed for 2 months Several warrenty request to fix tripping breakers. David Weekley election told me this is normal to have breaks tripping multiple times in the week. Garage opener issues has not been resolved. Exposed nail holes in siding not resolved. Head construction manager never followed through to follow up on issues. I feel I was priority until I filled out the survey where I was asked to give all “10”. After filling survey I was forgotten about. Outstanding issues have not been addressed. I like the layout and the location of the home.

This is the first time either me or my wife have built a house so we really didn’t know what to expect except hearing some horror stories from others who used different builders about the process. I can proudly say this was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. We absolutely love our new DW home and the finishes and workmanship and everything are second to none. Ashely and Nick went above and beyond at every stage. I would recommend DW to anyone.
