If I had any concerns they were addressed & handled in a timely manner & I would recommend David Weekley homes to anyone that wants to build the home of their dreams!

The process was completely different with David Weekley Homes. From start to finish, they have been wonderful to work with. Their homes have great sight lines and are well thought out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the Wait Our home buying journey began three years ago. Everytime we visited our kids in Georgia, we went on a little house hunting jaunt. The Retreat was at the top of our list but the timing was still a question and we were waiting for the right lot/model to open before we made our final decision. Through it all every trip to the Retreat felt like it was where we wanted to be. Jamie Cohen, our sales agent took time with us on each of our visits, always remembered our name and never seemed frustrated that we weren't qutie ready to make a decision. Once we did decide, the build experience couldn't have been better. The level of communincation from Jamie and our builder, Tony Lopiccolo was amazing. Every week we recieved an update and pictures of the build site. They took time to explain what was happening and why and understood that because we were moving here from Michigan that we needed the reassurance of how the build was moving along and when we could set a target date. We are now two months in our new house and having a great time setting up our rooms, decorating and planning to finish our basement this winter. Better yet, we have met so many of our neighbors and are already feeling part of the community here at the Retreat! We highly recommend the Retreat at Sterling on the Lake and the David Weekly experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ellis Review We recently purchased a new home, and our experience with Mr. Kirk, our salesman, was outstanding. Even when we considered other options, Mr. Kirk treated my wife and me wonderfully throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient and accommodating, no matter how many times we called or asked to stop by—he always made time for us. We visited the same house countless times before deciding, and Mr. Kirk remained supportive the whole way. While we absolutely love our home, we wish David Weekley Homes hadn't cut corners in a few areas. The doors feel somewhat cheap, and the paint work on the wall seems thin. Also, the garage isn’t large enough for my truck to fit comfortably alongside other vehicles, though we can at least use one spot. The floor plan is nice, but there’s definitely room for improvement. That said, the warranty team has been fantastic. We had a few repairs needed, and they’ve been prompt and thorough in addressing them. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience and would definitely recommend David Weekley Homes and our great salesman Mr. Kirk Ricketts.
