Orlando, FL (July 7, 2015): David Weekley Homes, that nation’s largest privately-held home builder, is now open for sales in the Preserve of Oviedo on the Park. Located northeast of Orlando in Oviedo, David Weekley Homes is building 44 alley- and front-load homes, featuring floor plans from its Carriage and Park Series.

Houston, TX (July 7, 2015): Jan Kopfler and Jessica and Jonathan Byles are the second winners of David Weekley’s Diamond Discovery, a promotion where the builder is giving away diamond jewelry and offering discounts on design selections. Kopfler, a realtor with Coldwell Banker, won a pair of one-carat princess cut diamond earrings, and the Byles family of Houston won a one-carat princess cut diamond pendant.

Charlotte, NC (July 2, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, will soon add award-winning homes to the South Charlotte community of Waverly. Located south of I-485 at the intersection of Providence Road and Ardrey Kell Road, Waverly will feature a variety of executive-style homes, low-maintenance cottage homes and spacious townhomes.

Phoenix, AZ (July 1, 2015): Team members from T.W. Lewis by David Weekley Homes partnered with Feed My Starving Children to pack more than 24,500 prepared meals to help the volunteer organization feed 67 malnourished children from around the world for one year.

Charlotte, NC (July 1, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, will soon begin building 65 award-winning homes in Parkside at Skybrook North, located within the master-planned community of Skybrook. These homes will be built on 70- and 85-foot homesites, with options available in both Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties.

AUSTIN, TX (June 30, 2015): David Weekley Homes has opened two new model homes, The Caprock and The Pine Ridge, in the Buda community of StoneRidge.

Charlotte, NC (June 24, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, has closed on two new land deals that will add more than 250 new homes to the Charlotte market in 2016. The land deals make a $20 million investment in the Charlotte real estate market, which is the second-fastest growing city in the U.S., according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 30, 2015): David Weekley Homes is now open for sales in the Indianapolis community of Stone Pointe. This enclave of 61 homes includes five different floor plans ranging in size from 2,300 to more than 2,900 square feet.

ATLANTA, GA (June 30, 2015): David Weekley Homes has custom-built homes available in the Atlanta-area gated, golf course communities of Governors Towne Club and River Club, with several homes ready for immediate move in.

AUSTIN, TX (June 25, 2015): David Weekley Homes is excited to announce that its interactive Design it Yourself program is now available inside the model home of the Georgetown community of Mayfield Ranch - Parkside, allowing users to create a floor plan they design themselves.

ATLANTA, GA (June 25, 2015): Central Living by David Weekley Homes has closed on land near the intersection of Lindbergh Drive and Piedmont Road in Buckhead and is planning to build 128 three- and four-story, single-family homes and townhomes on this parcel. Sales are expected to begin summer 2016.

HOUSTON, TX (June 25, 2015): David Weekley Homes is excited to be ranked number two on the “100 Best Workplaces for Millennials” list, released by FORTUNE magazine and Great Place to Work®. The inaugural list uses survey results from employees younger than 35 to disclose how they rate their workplace.

Charlotte, NC (June 16, 2015): David Weekley Homes has broken ground on their latest in-town Charlotte community, Central Living at Iverson. The first phase of construction will feature four move-in ready Showcase Homes, a fully-furnished model home and sales office. When completed, Central Living at Iverson will include 22 Craftsman-inspired three and four bedroom townhomes.

DENVER, CO (June 16, 2015): David Weekley Homes sponsored and served dinner at the Ronald McDonald House® Charities of Denver - Aurora House on May 21, with 14 area team members serving a meal to approximately 40 individuals staying at the facility.
