DALLAS, TX (June 9, 2015) - David Weekley is now selling in a new section of homes in the Valley Ranch community of Campion Hollows. AUSTIN, TX: The David Weekley Homes Austin team hosted a PJ and Book Drive benefiting the Pajama Program, collecting 160 new pajamas, 60 books and nearly $2,000 in donations from employees, members of the community and a grant from the Weekley Family Foundation.

ATLANTA, GA: David Weekley Homes has opened for sales in Vinings Brooke, a community located on the south side of historic Cobb County that will feature 36 homes. A fully furnished model home is expected to open for tours in early July.

DALLAS, TX (June 2, 2015): Central Living by David Weekley Homes will host a grand opening event on Saturday, June 6, at The Villas at Garrett Avenue. The grand opening is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. at the newly opened model home, located at 5106 Garrett Stream Court. The event is free and open to the public, and will include food and prize giveaways.

Tampa, FL: David Weekley Homes picked up four more awards at the 2015 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes. The nation’s largest privately-held home builder added four merit awards count, bringing its lengthy total to more than 665 awards for product design alone.

Chicago, IL: David Weekley Homes is excited to announce plans to begin developing a total of 91 homes in the Chicago area, including 43 single-family homes in Barrington’s The Reserve at Barrington and 48 homesites in The Enclave at the Grove in Glenview.

Jacksonville, FL: David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held homebuilder, will soon begin building new homes in Shearwater. Located in Johns County on County Road 210, this 1,500+ acre community is situated along the Trout River.

CHARLOTTE, NC: David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, announced that construction is under way on the final phase of 13 homes in Hawthorne. This intimate David Weekley-built community located in Harrisburg, North Carolina, will have about 100 homes upon completion of this final phase. To date, the award-winning builder has sold 70 homes in Hawthorne.

RALEIGH, NC (May 26, 2015): New Life Camp of Raleigh is ready for summer, thanks to the volunteer efforts of David Weekley Homes team members. The group partnered with the Christian camp for a day of spring cleaning and beautification projects, and presented the organization with a $2,000 donation.
